H M Shanjid Siddique is a Barrister and Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He is the head of chambers of Siddique & Jurists. He has experience in conferring legal services in matters of criminal litigation, family law, corporate and commercial law and labour law. He has advised and represented large public companies and MNCs in the High Court Division and District and Sessions Court, which include the KDS Group, Padma Oil Company Ltd (a company of Bangladesh Petroleum Corporation), Igloo Foods Ltd, Nizam Group, Talukder uPVC Fittings Industries Ltd, Dhaka Bank Ltd and BSRM Group and BSRM Steels Ltd. He is the legal consultant of the largest oil company of Bangladesh, Padma Oil Company Ltd, in relation to its labor and employment law matters and panel lawyer of the Dhaka Bank Ltd in respect of its credit recovery and other banking matters. He is the legal advisor of the OKM Group, M.B. Trading, E-Tec Limited, Junior Laboratory High School, Bangladesh Electrical Association, Bangladesh Meat Importers' Association and Oxford Information Systems Ltd.

He completed LLB (Hons) under the University of London International Programme in 2010, and subsequently, pursued the Bar Professional Training Course at Northumbria University, UK. He was called to the Bar of England & Wales by the Hon'ble Society of Lincoln's Inn in the year 2011. He was then enrolled as an Advocate with the Bangladesh Bar Council and obtained permission to practice in the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He undertook MSS in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Dhaka. He is a member of the Hon'ble Society of Lincoln's Inn, Supreme Court Bar Association and Dhaka Bar Association. A number of cases in which he has appeared as a legal counsel have been reported in the DLR, BLC and ALR.

A H S Rashed is one of the senior most legal practitioners of the Dhaka District and Sessions Court, practicing since the year 1987. In his 32 years of legal practice, he has worked as legal advisor for many reputed companies and financial institutions, including Sonali Bank, Krishi Bank, Ganashasthyo Trust, Biswas Group Ltd and Anwar Group of Industries. He has vast experience of handling civil suits, Artha Rin matters, cases under the Negotiable Instruments Act, succession and family law matters and criminal litigation.
