The head of chambers, H M Shanjid Siddique, is a Barrister-at-Law and Advocate of the Appellate Division and High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. He is on the List of Assistants to Counsel of the International Criminal Court (ICC), The Hague, Netherlands. He regularly advises and represents Government organizations, large public companies and MNCs as their legal counsel. He completed LLB (Hons) under the University of London International Programme and subsequently, pursued the Bar Professional Training Course at the Northumbria University, UK. He was then called to the Bar of England & Wales by the Hon'ble Society of Lincoln's Inn. He undertook MSS in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Dhaka. He is a member of the Hon'ble Society of Lincoln's Inn, Supreme Court Bar Association and Dhaka Bar Association.

Barrister Shanjid Siddique discussed about labour rights in the awake of Covid-19. He talked about the rights of a worker under the Bangladesh Labour Act, 2006 and Labour Rules, 2015, the jurisdiction of the Labour Court and Labour Appellate Tribunal and the legal mechanisms available to a worker for protection of his rights. In particular, he suggested about developing law of Tort within the civil justice system to ensure that workers who sustained injuries in their workplace owing to negligence of the employee are adequately compensated.

Barrister Shanjid Siddique discussed about arrest, remand and bail procedures in ATN Bangla which was telecasted on 7th June, 2020. He elaborated his discussion on the police power to arrest any suspect under section 54 of the Code of Criminal Procedure without any warrant of arrest and how this power should be exercised following guidelines laid down by the Appellate Division. Furthermore, he talked about when an accused can taken on remand by the police and in what circumstances a Magistrate may allow remand of the accused. Lastly, he has explained about the provisions of obtaining bail including pre-arrest bail.
